The BMW 8 Series Coupé is optionally equipped with an efficient BMW TwinPower Turbo 6-cylinder inline petrol or diesel engine while the BMW M850i xDrive is powered by a 390 kW (530 hp) BMW M TwinPower Turbo V8-cylinder petrol engine.
